「Lady at the desk on Saturday , June 20 was very kind, patient and helpful. The maintenance man was also very kind and helpful. Great amenities and amazing breakfast.」

「Loved the café and restaurant located in the hotel. It was our first time staying in the area and all of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and gave us good suggestions for things to do in the area.」

「The bathrooms and everything were so clean! Loved all of that! Just the pool was extremely funky. There were still people swimming in it, but I couldn’t make myself get in. Breakfast and everything was nice!」

「Breakfast was outstanding, staffs go above and beyond to help you, the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The room is clean and the bathroom is roomy. However, the pool was dirty and the room carpet has a lot of stains. The bathroom is roomy and bed and pillows are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!」

「Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well」

「During the day things were great, staff pleasant and helpful. The night staff was less helpful. The food at the Hard Rock Cafe at 10 pm on June 22 was barely edible. Not as described. Worst chicken nachos I have ever had. Pool area was nice, clean. The Spa is very relaxing, clean, exceptional massage on Wednesday.」

「The air didn't work in my room nor the telephone but for the most part the stay was great with the exception of me having to pay twice for this trip.」

「We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon」
