"The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see this place is a failure from the top down due to poor management and structure. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk, otherwise I wouldn't have even given the place 1star "

"The staff just seem all unbothered when I pulled up to check in. She was so sweet to the lady in front of me and told her a whole bunch of information about the property when I checked in, she gave me my room number and the Wi-Fi password and told me have a good day. Didn’t go over any rules didn’t go over how to enter an exit the building didn’t ask how my day was didn’t ask while I was traveling. Didn’t check on me throughout the day at all. The breakfast was OK but she didn’t tell me when the breakfast was. It looks like they’re constantly working on the hotel so when you walk in, there’s just a whole bunch of towels all over the lobby area. They have a tiny little closet that they have items available for purchase, but it seems really difficult to maneuver the pool was open until 10, but there was a whole inch sign on the door, making it kind of confusing when you walked in about what the rules were because apparently they have issues with people just entering the pool. It seems like they have guest that stay longer periods of time. There are a lot because they were a lot of people that knew each other and had Bluetooth speakers and were really loud at the pool. It was an OK stay but it was really hard to get to and the road to the hotel off of the freeway is full of potholes from the truck wash overall not really worth the money that they’re asking for but it was OK."

"Home was very clean, beds very comfy and had everything we needed. Only con really was the water pressure, which isn’t really in their control. I would stay here again :) "

"Booked 3 nights left 2 hrs after check in. This hotel has residents (long term renters) bbq grills, people hanging out, WiFi not included! Only 2 flat pillows on a queen bed. Even though it was a suite with stove and fridge, you had to rent dishes. Fridge was covered with rust. Would not recommend! "

"Tori was very welcoming right from the time of booking until we left. The home is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. My family and I felt right at home and plan to stay again when we visit SC."
