「The staff here is absolutely phenomenal!! I fell a little in love with the girls at the front desk ((Ola, Marcella, and Estella). They were SO positive, kind, welcoming, and helpful! Fabiola at breakfast is also FABULOUS! The hotel is super cool! It's both modern and comfortable. It's located in a pedestrian zone filled with shops and restaurants. The bus stop is also an easy walk. A tourist information center is also an easy walk. Highly recommend!」

「Porte Alpeve is on the outskirts of Shkoder. The hotel is brand new. So new the reception staff seem surprised we were checking in. But staff were very friendly and accommodating. They lit a fire for us in the almost empty dining room fireplace. The rooms are large and have high end finishing. Unlike most places we stayed in the regions the TV gave access to streaming services. We got an exceptional sleep as the location is dead quite and the rooms are pretty much soundproof. 」
