“Ich habe für meine Familie gebucht, vom anfang an hat sich meine Familie unwohl gefühlt, die debatte wegen frühstück usw, Das Personal war desinteressiert und nicht hilfsbereit, die Lage abgelegen, so dass, Meine Familie hat dem Hotel sofort verlassen, abwhl alles bezahlt war, uns Sie sind davon gegangen, dass personal extra sich so benimmt, das die leute abgeschreckt fühlen und weg gehen… So Schade ☹️ ”

“We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament. It’s about 30mins from Shkoder and close to the beaches. The area is still ”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Exalco and honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews I read before coming here. After experiencing the hotel myself, I can say that the reality was completely different. One thing I noticed in Albania is that many hotels and resorts are family-run. You can really see how much hard work goes into running a place like this every single day. During my stay, there were so many tourists arriving and leaving, yet the staff were constantly working to make……
