「The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. 「Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. 「For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!」

「Clean room- mattress a bit too firm for my liking. Pet-friendly- unable to bring dogs into bar or restaurant, which makes it a bit tricky when animals cannot be left unattended in the rooms. Car park is a bit tricky to navigate- very tight. Staff is very friendly and attentive, we especially liked David. Good location. Recommend! 」
