Bellamare Villa is paradise. Everything about it is perfection. The views are breathtaking, and waking up to them each morning, or seeing them each time we returned to the Villa after being out, was stunning. The home itself feels very upscale, well-maintained and inspiring. The furnishings are plush and comfortable, the kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including a very large professional-quality stove and oven, there's a fantastic, seemingly brand-new BBQ grill, and a huge library of books. We had the privilege of spending a glorious 9 days there, floating in the pool, resting and reading in the cabana, BBQ'ing dinners, and it was heavenly. Jerdell, the property manager/concierge was wonderful and incredibly helpful. He was always smiling and upbeat, and able to accommodate any request. Nereida, the housekeeper, also did fantastic work and was a joy. Thank you both for making our experience there so special! The Villa is located on the north-eastern side of the island, right next to Shoal Beach, but is in easy driving distance from the great restaurants and beaches throughout the island. We highly recommend dining at Hibernia, Veya and Sandbar, and visiting Mead's Bay Beach and Crocus Beach. One thing worth noting, which isn't entirely clear in the photos, is that the Villa doesn't have direct beach access. But, we didn't miss that at all, and the beaches are close enough and easy enough to access that we were able to be at a beach within minutes whenever we desired. Beyond the Villa itself, we also fell in love with Anguilla overall. and would absolutely return.
