“It is a lovely stately old home with rooms that are fairly large. As to be expected, the floors creak, the doors let lots of light under them etc. Breakfasts were interesting and the savoury options were very tasty. The place needs a bit of general maintenance (loose knobs on cabinets and shower, squeaky door hinges, dead batteries in the gas fireplace starter etc). “Fan for hvac in room was so loud could not hear the television. Bathroom door is frosted glass, so if anyone goes to washroom in night, it lights up the entire room. Underground Parking lot is having work done, must wait for traffic lughts for up to 150 seconds to allow one way passage. No pool, huge let down after booking with kids. Sink in room drained slowly. Shower was not hot. Body wash was disgusting smell. Elevator requires you to scan your key card. There is a small sign stating this,……

“Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.”
