“Hi Team, I was very disappointed in room 13. The floor smelled like moldy wet carpet, the fittings were rusted and the walls were grubby. I was disappointed because the week before I stayed in room 24 which was excellent”

“The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. “Close to Town centre”

“Mold in the rooms, hard to get reception here and no wifi. The place was filthy and not maintained at all. Do not recommend, much nicer places I have stayed close by for the same price.”

“Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and friendly atmosphere allowing for the mingling with other guests if desired. The waterfalls and quaint townships were very close. A great location!”

“Room was rather pokey and the entry system rather tricky. Once we found a staff member at the sister motel some distance away all went smoothly. Vanity basin is in the bedroom, no toaster and no table.”
