“Excellent accommodation and friendly host”

“Our retreat here was beyond a pleasant experience! the hosts were kind enough to leave us farm fresh eggs from some lovely ladies you are welcomed to feed kitchen scraps. (no onion), they also supplied us with bacon, muesli and bread from berry’s local bakery, and more! due to us poorly planning it was raining whilst we were there— however we didn’t let that taint our time on the beautiful five acres of land! we lit the preset fireplace and burned through their kindling. “We had 5 adults in our party and we found the house very suitable to our needs. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location near the shops was a bonus. The communication with the owners was also very good.”

“Lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to multiple beaches. Above average inclusions and personal touches. As a pet friendly listing we were able to bring our dog which was great, although there is no secure fenced yard which was a little challenging for our large energetic dog.”

“Whilst our stay was short we were very impressed with your home. Shower and towels were great - beds comfortable and pillows good. our only complaint would be that there was no 'normal' tea available. Not everyone likes green tea and the other herbal varieties provided. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.”

“What an amazing location! Right near the inlet and an easy stroll to the cafe & beach. The Boathouse is beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet, and perfect in every way. The only thing better is Christine!! Thank you for being so welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our too-short stay and very much look forward to returning. If you want to stay somewhere, stay here!”

“Great stay”

“The cottage was great. Surrounded by farmland and wild kangaroos. The amenities were good, the bathtub out front isn't usable though.I'd recommend stargazing from the firepit outside on a clear night.”
