"This is a beautiful house with views of the water and quick access to the Alki beach area. The house was immaculate and spacious. Our children had fun claiming their bedrooms and running up and down the stairs. There were so many extras in this home: tons of board games, a record/radio player and a working fireplace in the dining room. Whenever we return to the Seattle area, we will definitely be staying here."

"Great location, close to restaurants and the waterfront. Clean, well set up and good communication. Bedrooms/bathrooms are far enough apart to allow for privacy when you're traveling with close friends (but not *that* close). Would absolutely stay again!Please note that the garage entry is quite tight. Getting in is OK, but even with a mid-sized car with cameras, I needed my friend directing me out inch by inch to avoid running into the sides of the door or the cement wall that angles in towards...

"This stay was in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and there was enough utensils for what we needed. Could use a few upgrades, but overall it was a comfy place to come back to after being out and about. A bit loud hearing renters upstairs but nothing terrible. It felt a bit out of the way from Capital Hill downtown - closer to Madrona - but we enjoyed walking and it was also easy to grab an Uber when we didn't want to walk. "

"Husband did this for me for a 2 night get away. I brought my girls with for the first night and had another lady come for the next night. It was so beautiful and the weather was so nice. This house was great. There were a couple of hiccups, but the owner was fast on their feet and took care of us in every way. "

"There are tons of windows and deck areas overlooking Puget sound. We saw orcas, dolphins, seals, river otters, and bald eagles all from the house. The house is built right on the water wall which is great for seeing animals and going on the beach. It is not great for cars. We drove the car down to load and unload but then parked at the neighborhood parking lot about a block away. The waves at high tide come right up to the top of the sea wall and if a cargo ship goes by it will shower your car...

"The place was clean, nice, and in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to get to appointments and sightseeing, but peaceful after a long day. It was nice. Will be trying to book for future stays in Seattle!"
