“This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the grandkids we were visiting as well as walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and other businesses. The host is responsive and accommodating. Yes, you can hear the people living upstairs but this did not bother us at all. We hope to stay here again in the future. ”

“This home served our needs, but I would not use the word "modern" to describe it. Internally, there have been a number of updates, but this is an older home in an older neighborhood. Lana, our host, was very responsive. When notified there weren’t enough towels for all of us, she helped us find more towels. See photos. "Expansive back yard" was unusable due to poor maintenance and uneven ground. I would not describe this as having "verdant surroundings" either. The grass was dried up in……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Gathering Spot. The location was good with plenty of easy parking. Great space on the inside. The beds were SUPER comfortable.
