“Terrible experience. Our first night of sleep was destroyed by a party that started in the room next door with 20+ people at 10:30 pm. After multiple calls to the front desk (by us and other guests) and several attempts by security, the situation was finally resolved several hours later. The second night, we were woken up in the middle of the night by a loud barking dog. For the price of this resort, they should have a much better handle on disruptions to guests’ sleep. I discussed our horrible……

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”
