Dana Rosa - Real Log Cabin with AC!

The DanaRosa, named after the "Ponderosa" on the TV series Bonanza. This is a $700K luxurious property. If you are looking for luxury in the White Mountains, this is your place.

True Log Home situated in on 5 acres of private land in the beautiful pines of Pinetop/Lakeside. Outdoor area includes newly installed swing set to entertain children for hours with plenty of property for playing and privacy. Enjoy the great outdoors sitting on the extended back porch with a phenomenal forest view.

The true log cabin home is 2400 sq ft with all the amenities including Cable/TV/Internet. Updated kitchen with appliances, pots/pans, and eating utensils needed to cook all your meals. Spacious living room area with large flat screen TV and working fireplace. Queen beds in two separate bedrooms downstairs, as well as a small sleeping crib for a little one. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a jacuzzi style tub - perfect after a long day of skiing.

Property can be used for Corporate Events & Weddings for an additional fee. Contact owner for pricing regarding the number of guests, whether or not you will be cooking on the property or bringing food onto the property. For events, generally $25/person as a base charge, plus the cost of porta potties. For groups above 10 people we will require porta potties. We are on a septic system that can't handle large volumes of flushes. We also have tables and chairs for rental.

This large property includes two RV hookups, rented for $50 each/per night with cabin rental. 5 acres of private horse property has two corrals that can also be used at $35/horse per night. This property is truly one of a kind!

Absolutely beautiful cabin in the woods! Very nicely decorated and furnished. Loved our time here, peaceful and relaxing. Even though you're just minutes from town you would never know it. Surrounded by pine trees with the wind blowing through them, it was Heaven. We will definitely be back.

Birthday celebration

We held my moms 90th birthday party at the Dana Rosa ranch, which was a perfect location. House was as described in VRBO except the RV gates were locked. Advertisement said there was RV hookup but each time we emailed owner there was no response. A few days before our rental date I had to call VRBO to get help. I didn’t have any welcome instructions so VRBO contacted the owner and he emailed us the instructions. Better communication with owner is needed on future rentals.

Exceeded expectations

Our annual trip from the valley to cooler weather in the pines has now been upgraded! “Danarosa” exceeded our expectations for weekend getaways. The gorgeous log home, nestled among pines, has ALL you need for a family gathering. Beautifully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, space to be together, and when needed, alone time. The hosts were extremely responsive to our needs. We plan to make this space our annual retreat. Well done Dana Family!!

One of the best VRBO places we have visited! The house was well stocked clean and a great layout. The property is very large and provides room to play hide and seek with all ages. Our family enjoyed this well appointed, beautiful cabin. Our grandchildren enjoyed the playground set and grounds and the cabin was well stocked with amazing toys for little children. We’d definitely recommend this cabin and it’s welcoming western decor.

A much needed break from the Phoenix heat. The house is lovely and is well-supplied. Our young companions loved the toys and the swing set. I loved our extremely comfortable bed. Looking forward to a cool weather stay so we can check out the fire pit. Awesome place!!!

We enjoyed our stay . The cabin was very clean especially with COVID-19 . We felt good about the cleanliness and how it was all prepared . The beds are super comfy , the front porch was amazing to eat and hang out on. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need . We recommend it to a ton of people who saw my pics on Social Media. Very close to lakes , Family Fun Park . We even went into town for a few things and that was very convenient. We definitely be back .

What a beautiful property!

Great Family Vacation

We had such a great time staying at DanaRosa. Clean, welcoming, and relaxing. We had a blast building snowmen and playing in the snow. Took the kids up skiing a couple of days at Sunrise. Kids are already asking when we can go back and making plans for next year.
