We really enjoyed our stay at Pemby's Place! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. House was exactly as advertised. The property manager was very accessible and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house that fit our family perfectly. Accurate description and representation of the property in the listing. House was clean for the most part. We don’t have dogs but we did notice a little dog hair left over from previous tenants. Some of us are allergic to dog hair so wouldn’t recommend for anyone sensitive to dogs. Everything worked well and we had no issues with any of the amenities. There was plenty of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with tempurpedic mattress covers. Hot tub fits 6 people comfortably and we used it a lot.

There was seven of us here for the weekend to visit our friends in Torreon. Other than the hot tub does not yet exist, the house exceeded our expectations. Multiple bedrooms most with ensuite private bathrooms was perfect for our group. Helpful instructions from Lyndsay were appreciated and she was quick to respond to our questions! Highly recommended!

This home was clean and well stocked the hot tub and patio were great amenities. The home is a bit dated and some improvements could be made to plumbing faucets in showers and kitchen, water pressure was an issue, lighting was not very bright, fans were not operating with wall or remote switches, TV was ample for watching games with a large group. The community is very nice.

The house had many issues. The BBQ grill didn't work very well. It didn't get hot enough to cook anything. Everything in the kitchen I wanted to use had to be cleaned very well before I could use it. Most of it was gross! Things were broken and the master bedroom bed had hair all over the sheets! This house is not worth the money they are charging for it!

Such a great location and beautiful home. We loved our time in Show Low! Amenities were plentiful. Loved the park and pickle courts that were close by. The home had everything you needed for the stay. Only bummer was no hottub! We were really looking forward to that!
