Overall the place was nice and has a great view. The patio furniture was not cleaned ([patio off the main living area, the tables were dirty) and the patio off the bedroom, the 2 chairs were dirty and cobwebs on patio railings. Also a can was left from a smoker (ashtray). The bedroom with the attached bathroom... the rug was a hazzard as the corner was flipped up and makes for easy tripping.

Nice and cozy place for families
I would recommend staying here based on affordability. Great place to stay for those families with older children. It's clean and well taken care of. The view is amazing from the back porch.

Bison Ridge
Great location. Reprieve from the summer heat of the valley. Not a lot to do in Show Low unless you are a golfer but a chance to unwind and enjoy a slower pace.

Beautiful views, great location. Near hiking, golf, restaurants. Clean and well stocked. Could use more clothing storage in smaller room. No dresser and closet was full of stock stuff. Sheets, rollaway bed. But fantastic.

Spotless rental, convenient location, quiet neighborhood
I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhome was very clean, had tasteful outdoorsy décor, and met all our needs. Comfy beds, lots of extra linens, stocked kitchen, cold ac, and a property manager that responded quickly when we had questions. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and felt very safe. The porch has a lovely view of the sunrise in the am, and the stars at night. We were close to town, but also had open forest behind us. This was a wonderful stay!

Nice location, well kept and well-stocked. Only complaint is that the majority of the closets were unusable due to them being used as storage (for blankets, pillows, other misc items). Other than that, great place to stay.

I really enjoyed staying at this condo. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations and it was super relaxing and quiet. Not far from restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful views from the deck and comfortable bed, pillows, and linens. Great value for excellent accommodations! Thanks for a great stay!

Great family reunion spot!
Our location was central to all the family. Also right next to Joe Tank road and national forest. Great for hiking and birding. One thought, instead of saying cottage lane? for the location, say Bison Ridge. There is a road sign for that. Also that it is outside of Sho Low.

Great location, short drive to groceries, restaurants, parks. Beautiful views, from the deck. Comfy furniture for relaxing after a day exploring. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect size for 2 couples. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect!
Perfect 2 bedroom condo for smaller gatherings. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Decorated with beautiful furnishing. (Comfortable beds AND pillows!) The playground was a hit for my son and the beautiful surroundings did not disappoint. The location is perfect... A Short distance to Pinetop and many lakes and outdoor stuff is just minutes away.

Great Vacation Time
We truly had a wonderful time at this charming condo. It was super quiet and everything was onsite that we needed. The only trouble was we never got anything from evolve about getting into the property, etc. Therefore we reached out and we got an email a few days later with a contact number to owner. The owner was amazing and answered all of our questions and helped us get into the condo. Thankfully everything worked out with that part and we were able to get ahold of the owner prior to the trip. For those renting please use your evolve contact to get this information prior to your visit. Would definitely stay here again!
