Condo was very roomy, modern & clean! Staff was very helpful—notified us as soon as room was available, provided us with helpful trout stocking schedule and list of restaurants, including ones that offered discounts. They were able to accommodate a later checkout request, and provided sound booking advice for future stays. We would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful Property with Beautiful Views

Beautiful property placed in a beautiful setting. We booked a one room suite for 3 nights; it had all the comforts of home. The suite was impeccably clean, very roomy, bed is comfortable, nice little gym, cannot say enough good things. There was a hiccup at check-in (which was my fault) and the staff went out of her way to help us. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Love the setting for this property and how well it is maintained. This was our 3rd visit in 10 years and they have kept the units very nicely updated. We like being upstairs, but the 16 stairs are pretty tiring at the 6–7000-foot altitude. Learned today at check out, they offer "luggage assistance" when checking in and out, never knew that! We will be back and upstairs, I hope!

The time we spent was relaxing and the surrounding pines were beautiful. Nothing better than sitting in the jacuzzi and looking at the stars through the pine trees. Truely relaxing. A great get away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. Love the facilities just having to bring your clothes and buying what food we needed from local grocers. All in all everyone had a great time. We plan to go here next trip up to Pinetop.

The property was great but some set backs…

We love this place, the property is great. However, we were given an ADA room which wasn’t very comfortable for my tall husband or my bad back because everything was very low. You have to pay for the wifi which was interesting.

As always, this is my family's favorite retreat away from the desert heat. Staying at this location is like coming over to visit family. We've stayed here for the last 8 years and have gotten to know a few of the staff. Professional and friendly. In addition, I always know I'm going to enter a clean unit that has comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Housekeeping is outstanding...! In the past, my family and I have rented a cabin/house, but my kids tell me they prefer this gem in the ponderosas because it's always clean and consistent. Plus, the sparkling pools, the clubhouse art & craft area and recreation room is fun for all! Quiet. Peaceful. Perfect.
