Cleanliness was phonominal loved the room. Wasn’t told about needing or how to use room card to operate the elevator. Thank GOD a guest was in the elevator who explained how to use it! Wasn’t told about breakfast in the am and also was not notified about a bogus $15.02 charge for use of the extras ...
