The staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The meals were fantastic, with a varied menu. Foods were locally sourced. Very comfortable room and homely atmosphere.

Exceptional country pub

Juliet, her staff and customers made us very welcome at this country pub not far from Shrewsbury. It has good food and good range of beers, the room was a good size. The breakfast was to die for. Many thanks, we will be back

Fabulous venue it was to the highest standard. Juliet mine host was wonderful and she was so attentive, caring and catered for all our needs. A return will be a must.

Check in by a member of staff was fine, disappointed with choice of evening meal. Room 2 was small with an even smaller bathroom. Ordered cooked breakfast night before, expected cereal and fruit juice as well; had to ask for juice. For £135 for the night thought it was poor value.
