"Laundry was convenient, staff was kind, check out was a little earlier than other hotels we researched (10am). Late check out costs 20 dollars for an extra hour, 40 to make it a noon check out. Amenities are a bare minimum, but if you’re the type to pack everything you need and not depend on the hotel this is no issue. Room is spacious, they kept it pretty warm and there was no AC. There’s a lot of great coffee and shopping that’s walking distance, easy to get cabs, trains were a little bit of a walk. The only thing that would keep us from booking again are the beds are more than firm. They were pretty tough to sleep on. Overall, great price but there are trade offs. Hope this helps! "

"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! "We enjoyed our standard twin rooms. Pros: Fresh light decor Ambient lighting Spacious Coffee/tea making facility Very good pillows Breakfast simple but well made Attractive dining room, soothing atmosphere with light decor and lovely lighting, glass from ceiling to floor, looking out to terrace with potted plants, trees and flowers Cons: We had to change one of them because of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this was dealt with quickly by the courteous staff. More choice and fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome. I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and leisure, and this is a very good one which I’d choose again, but I’d say it’s quite expensive for what it is - I suspect these prices reflect the lack of competition in the local area, which by the way is quite affluent and residential."
