"Self check in was fine — there were 2 staff available to assist. The room has a small fridge, tub, Alexa, TV. The location is just steps from the train station. There is an iron and microwave available on each floor. Breakfast was fine: a rice ball with Monaka, some pickles, and tea or coffee hot or cold, Other items available for purchase. I would stay here again. The value for the price is fantastic. The lockers will only fit a carryon size suitcase but there are larger lockers available at the train station — they appear to be changing them to card payment . "

"The property is located at the north exit of Mishima station, most of the restaurants are at the south exit area. It's a long walk from north exit to south exit unless you pay 150¥ to enter the station. Lucky the hotel provides free shuttle bus.👍👍"

"This ryokan is so beautiful, so luxurious, so simple and hospitable. The rooms are gorgeous and the views are better. The onsen is so inviting and clean. The staff! The staff is incredible. I wish we could have stayed her more than one night. And the food! There are no words! The food! I am so glad we found this place. We visited for one night in "

"The ocean view room was very nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and staffs were nice. The only problem was the location. The last shuttle bus from the train station left around 5, and there was no public transportation."
