"It’s a bit off the normal tracks of Chengdu city center . There was not much around. Mostly were residential areas. I went there for business and having difficulty to find restaurants and other facilities. The entrance was under refurbishment, so both me and the taxi driver had a hard time to find the hotel. "

"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain. "I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! If I ever come to Chengdu again (I definitely will it's such a great city!), I will for sure stay at Grant Hyatt Chengdu again!"

"This hotel smelled great. it's not the overwhelming perfume or potpourri, but a pleasant smell of tea leaves. The breakfast was so great with so many varieties. All their staff were super friendly and courteous. I want to give a special thanks to Robert tending the the first floor. He's a hero in helping me navigating through the transportation system and my itinerary in China. Overall, a lovely experience. I wish I had more time in this hotel as I only stayed two nights."
