First time staying in this hotel, which is part of a complex of 3 hotels. We usually stay in the Santido hotel..we tried to extend our stay, as our family were going back to the UK and we wanted to stay for an extra couple of nights, but the hotel was fully booked. So we stayed in the Aishen hotel, which in our opinion is best suited to families. Big shout out to the receptionist who was extremely busy and she was on her own. All staff were excellent. X

Went as a couple for a two night stay in November. Met up with friends as we have done for the last couple of years. Entertainment was really good too. Food was plentiful with all choices. My friends have stayed in season and they said it is magical with so much to do. Always a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was brilliant. Pools, water slides, private beach, food. Good for families. The rooms were nice too but they were not in the main hotel building. They have separate blocks of flats within the hotel's proximity which gives more of a residential look.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and the sea was warm and crystal clear. Our friends made use of the kids' club and were very pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff there — it gave them real peace of mind. There were a few minor downsides. Only three devices can be connected to the Wi-Fi per room, which was a bit limiting. Also, while the beach was generally clean, it would be great if the sand was sifted more regularly — from time to time we stepped on small debris (like wood or plastic fragments) hidden beneath the surface. Additionally, the room we were given didn’t appear in any of the pictures on hotel booking sites. While it was clean and comfortable overall, it was smaller than expected, and it would have been nice to see an accurate representation of it before booking. That said, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It’s a great place for families and those looking for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Amazing hotel

After a 3-night stay that ended today, I want strongly recommend this hotel. Everything is as a tourist wants. The rooms are large and good. The facilities are excellent and everything is available in the hotel. The food is very diverse. The entertainment team works in the best way to give you happiness. Aqua gives an extra advantage for adults and children. Just a small note that more attention should be paid to cleaning the rooms, but I will not let it reduce my rating for the hotel

PRO'S: The best thing is that the territory of the three structures (Aishen, Fulya, Selin) is common for all guests, so you have plenty of swimming pools and bars to choose and a lot of space for everybody. Great position, close to sandy beach for children. Very beautiful architecture and plants, green spaces. Child really appreciated aquapark and slides. Good food and drinks all day, in restaurants and also snack bars. Lot of ice creams corners. Helpful and kind personnel. Towel desk. Mini club for children. Frequent events, like discoteque in swimming pools or open air. I would definitely recommend this place for a relax holiday. CON'S: all extra activities aren't cheap (spa, water sports, photographs, henne tatoos, children games,...) and sometimes sellers are annoying

Some of the staff was exceptionally good and helpful. However my experience with some of reception staff who are main port of call wasnt good, they were rude and hardly understand to communicate in english. The bell boy in the golf cart car who supposed to collect luggage from your room to reception didnt turn up on check out and we had to drag 3 large bags and 3 hand carries to the reception which was quite a walk. Its not all inclusive and you have to pay to eat in Al carte restaurants which is vague and misleading on booking. Poor communication and needs improvement to welcome visitors after all its an expensive resort.

Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine. The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along the Mediterranean shore.
