「The resort itself is amazing. Staff is great too! But here comes the issues - extremely loud environment, unruly children running around(I have a 6 year old boy, but he has never been allowed to act like all other children), no adult supervision until early morning hours, security doesn’t do anything, parents don’t care! The parents drink until 3 am and shout, not talk in the common areas. The disco music is extremely loud, windows and walls are thin! And around 3 am when you think that you can...

「ich war das zweite mal im Side Prenses.Die Mitarbeiter (innen ) im Restaurant an der Beach Bar /Pool Bar sowie die Animateure sind absolute Spitze.Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem immer ein lächeln für ihre Gäste.Das Essen war sehr Abwechslungsreich und lecker.Das Personal an der (Rezeption )sollte freundlicher und kommunikativer sein.」

「There is no way this was a 5 star hotel. Room and the whole hotel needs renovation. Broken furniture, and neglected areas were obvious. The reception and some staff were rude. One staff asked for more tip! The food was less than average, stale and the 24 hour cafeteria was a joke with leftover food. Won't go there again.」
