“Great service”

“Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(”

“Zeinab and her sister were very kind, incredibly welcoming, attentive to every single detail at the house to make the stay comfortable. They maintained a perfect cleanliness of the entire property, provided an excellent and quiet atmosphere for a perfect stay. The property is at walking distance to key attractions like the old Medina market (where you enjoy a variety of Moroccan goods, clothing, food, leather bag, etc) and to Oudayas heritage place, ocean view walking marina. “We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”

“Breakfast was good but Svc was not as staff would stand around but not go around to tables to ask clients if they need coffee/tea or anything . Needs improvement in servicing clients . ”

“Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)”
