"Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk! "

"Room was very comfortable and huge for our family of 4. We stayed in XL comfort room. Very clean and service was friendly. We didnt have breakfast but the breakfast area looked lovely. There was complimentary mulled wine in the reception area which was a nice touch. Location is great, right by tram stop. It was about 30 mins walk to the cathedral xmas market and other markets were all about 15-20 mins if you prefer to walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops closeby. Had a fantastic weekend visiting all the xmas markets, the hotel was beautifully decorated and very xmassy. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Wifi is super fast. The service staff is so helpful and friendly. after our 15 hour flight, we were well rested to go to Chrismtas market. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and above-beyond service. No wonder it is fully-booked for the weekend. The parking is convenient and close to the hotel."
