It's a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff are all helpful and eager to assist at all times. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable with so many choices and alll the food delicious.

I’m not sure why this is classified as a 5-star hotel. It is 3.5 stars at best. It is clean and perfectly fine, but it is not a luxury hotel. Also, the hotel has body wash, shampoo and conditioner but no lotion and no hand soap, which is weird. My room on the third floor (333) overlooked a so-called garden. But I do not consider astroturf and potted plants a garden.

Comfortable stay
We arrived the hotel with amazing welcome coconuts ice cream during check in. We then stayed in a very comfortable room with nice pool view for four nights. Every thing is excellent especially the pool, the gym room and the restaurant at ground floor.

Liked - Front desk staff were awesome - super efficient and very helpful. Hotomi gets a 10/10 - she went above and beyond to welcome us, get us settled and also take care of us in the restaurant (see notes below on dislike). Liked - the property is lovely. The Spa is excellent. Disliked - the Restaurant staff were less than efficient. They seemed to favor some people more than others. Specifically, we waited more than 30 minutes for menus/attention (after a long 12-hour day of travel). Hitomi from the front desk stopped by to confirm spa arrangements and took our food and drinks orders - the restaurant staff had not done that. Not a one off event; happened again the next day at breakfast and pool bar. So - the F&B team needs more training.

The fit and finishing of the property was below the standards of Marriott's. There was stains on the tv console and in the sink and the toilet seat was loose. However the service provided by the staff was immaculate; warm, attentive but not intrusive. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Staffs are really helpful and always smiling. Property is new and clean. Location is okay. There really are not many restaurants neraby the hotel for tourists. You either eat the hotel or you have take tuktuk to get somewhere else. There were several power cuts at night during my first night of stay. Air conditioning was not working properly. All these was later explained to me due to the fact that electric power supply was a problem in the city. Strangely, when I looked around other properties in the area, they do not seem to have the problem. Why it only happened to Marriott, no one is able to give me a proper answer. Overall, I like this hotel. Breakfast is okay.

Pleasent stay for 6 nights
Overall stay was good. It was peaceful and relaxing. Beach was very clean and no nuisance of vendors selling items as it is private beach. Floors in the room needs improvement as they are old and scratched. I would like to commend their chef Kavindra Singh. He made superb Indian food and our stay became more pleasant as we are vegetarians. He made food for us on special order. We would recommend this resort to our friends who like to visit places only where good Indian food is available.

The staff at this hotel are THE BEST. Everyone made us feel welcome. I have been to many hotels in many countries but this is my absolute favorite. The room was great, the spa was wonderful, the restaurants had wonderful food, nice gift shop, but the people are what made it the best. I highly recommend it.

I like the courtyard being located away from the main tourist area. For the same reason, we always have to ride into ‘town’ for meals since there’s not much nearby in walking distance. Tuk tuk is easy enough to find and 3 US$ is cheap to get to town

We love everything about this hotel. Breakfast was packed for us when we had a sunrise tour at 5am. The salt water pool. The awesome bed. The amazing staff. You have to stay here if you are coming to Siem Reap.

The room aircon was not working. When I complained, they did not send any technical staff up but told me there are aware that my room had problems with the air conditioning. Why give me that room in the first place if it’s problematic? There were 3 power failures and every time the television would come on when the power came back. It’s horrible when it’s at night and I’m sleeping ! ! ! Lastly. A staff came in without knocking to install a warning sticker on the balcony glass doors. When he realised I was inside and naked, he closed the door and rang the bell. I was furious. Please train your staff to check.

There has been a massive power shortage in Cambodia that causes frequent power interruptions that caused issues to our some air-conditioning units that we have fixed as we speak. I do not believe they acted in that way on purpose but whatever the reason I can fully understand that it was uncomfortable from your viewpoint and rest assured that this issue will be looked into in order to avoid recurrence. Highly recommended hotel in Siem Reap
Services are excellent and staff are polite. Room is very clean and comfort. Definitely value for money. As a member, our rooms were upgraded and a free transport to airport was provided.

The spa facility with Steam and Sauna was really nice. The massage was professional and reasonable. The swimming pool was beautiful and the Cambodian food in the restaurant was FANTASTIC!

We had an excellent time there!
The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast and room service meals were delicious, The spa and massage were very good too. And most importantly the staff are very helpful, friendly and always with a big smile. Special thanks to the surprise birthday gift for us. The hotel isn't at the city centre, but it's just $3-$4 to take less than 10min tuktuk from the centre. Not a problem at all, in exchange to this, you get excellent environment and services. If I really has to be picky to make suggestions: - Consider to package toothpaste separately from the toothbrushes. We could have not wasted extra toothbrushes for getting enough toothpaste for our 4 night stay - The shower glass door got little water leakage problem and made the bathroom floor wet. Perhaps it's just our room or may be a design problem. We didn't really mind it - easily worked around with extra towels so we didn't report it. Good to have this checked. Anyway, this hotel is highly recommended.
