There was nothing not to like! From the driver who picked me up at the airport, the front desk people, the tour guide arranged for me, and the facilities. They were all first class! Plus the distance to Pub Street was only a matter of a block. I will stay at the Golden Temple again!

We were here for 2 nights for our honeymoon. It was an amazing hotel that had resort amenities, but without the stuffiness of a Hilton / Four Seasons. It was a perfect balance of affordability, amenities, and luxury for someone whose looking for a step up above your average hotel, but not wanting a full fancy resort.

Amazing hotel. We have never experienced such incredible staff The hotel is just fantastic, well situated and our suite was very quiet. The staff anticipate one's every wish. There is always a welcome back with a cold towel, a bottle of chilled water and the breakfast is excellent wth lots of options and good espresso coffee.They also arranged a tuk tuk to take us to Angkor Wat at 4.30am together with a packed break. A wonderful hotel.

Highly recommend a stay at this hotel. It’s beautifully decorated, rooms are spacious and Expedia reward scheme/upgrades are honoured. Staff are extremely hospitable and kind, going out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed our free spa treatment and numerous snacks on offer. We used the hotel offer of a guide and transport to see Angkor Wat, it’s reasonably priced and guide is invaluable. Highly recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel.

The Golden Temple Boutique is excellently situated both a quietish street yet round the corner to the Pub Street. The staff is super friendly. We had breakfast included, which was good value for money. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The bathroom could use a proper door though to separate it from the main room. Luckily the toilet did have its privacy. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here because we were visiting Angkor Wat. The hotel connected us with a terrific guide, and a driver who showed us around the site for three days. Considering the site is massive you need a driver and a guide. The hotel itself was an absolute blessing to come back to because the air-conditioning was heavenly. You could cool off in the pool before going to dinner. Cambodia is great value for the money right now and the Golden Harvest is one of the best places to stay in Siem Reap. Highly recommended.

Amazing!! This one s the best hotel experience we have had. The property is so clean and unique. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The staff are so friendly and attentive. We loved staying at this hotel, our room was great, the beds were super comfortable, the hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly tentative and really nice!! Thank you to Mathy for setting up our transportation from the airport and organizing our Anchor Wat tour, with breakfast on boat, delicious!! We also loved their happy hour two for one cocktails!! This hotel is located in a prefect location a quick walk to Pub Street, and the market! Definitely recommend this hotel!! We will be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We signed up for the Angor Wat tour though the hotel. Although the tour was fine, the hot breakfast that was served was served cold. Would stay again at the property. Free massage and lunch included during stay.

Having never been to Siem Reap we did not know what to expect. But wow we were blown away by this hotel and its staff. The room was the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. The whole property was beautiful. The hotel is centrally located and just a few minutes walk from all the action on Pub Street and the night market. Highly recommend this hotel.

A really beautifully designed hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and had all the amenities we were looking for. The staff were the nicest people ever. Nothing was a problem and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Super attentive helpful staff, clean and comfortable, beautiful design, large room, catered to my gluten free diet. Pool was lovely. Quite an oasis in this busy area.

The staff is wonderful. From check in, to the spacious room, to the option filled buffet breakfast. Everyone and every aspect of the hotel is deluxe. A special note, the spa treatments are outstanding and ridiculously low priced! Both masseurs I utilized had been with the spa for over 18 years. Thank you Golden Temple Boutique Hotel for a relaxing memorable stay

Great hotel in Siem Reap
I had a great two-night stay at Golden Temple Boutique. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Before arrival, I asked the hotel to arrange for airport transportation and tours, and everything worked very smoothly, saving me a lot of time and effort. The hotel is very clean, my room was very spacious and comfortable. While the hotel is centrally located next to the main entertainment district, with lots of food and drink options right outside the hotel, my room was surprisingly quiet at night. Overall, I can't imagine a better place to stay in Siem Reap, and would choose this hotel if I have an opportunity to visit again.

Had an excellent stay at golden temple residences. Not golden temple boutique. They are owned by same company and we must have been moved here. Fortunately everything was great. Nice staff, nice rooms. Great location.

Excellent experience.
Reading the reviews, seeing the images, we fell for this hotel and booked a room for our stay. We were more than happy with our choice. Starting from the reception theough finally escorting us to the bust station, staff vere very very helpful. We were particularly impressed by service peovided by two staff members - particularly Victherea and Victoria who provided exemplary service with a bright smile and personalized service, remembering and addressing by our names. other hotel staff, namely Thaieang Thol and Yuth FO were very prompt in responding on Whatsapp to special requests. Overall - excellent memorable experience.

One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was nothing short of spectacular. The location is perfect for exploring Siem Reap: 5 min walk to Pub street and night markets. 15 min tuk tuk ride to Angkor Wat. The staff were the best part, they made sure you had anything you needed and were so quick to help it was astonishing. McKenzie the general manager was one of the kindest people i’ve ever met, and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment he picked us up at the airport. I would recommend getting massages as well at the hotel, great prices for the service you receive. additionally you get access to the pool and restaurant at their sister hotel accross the street so it really feels like a resort right in the middle of downtown Siem Reap. I would give this hotel 6 stars if possible.

Check in is listed from noon.. upon arriving at 2:30pm after a 5.5 hour drive I was made to sit and wait in the lobby for just over 30 minutes while they make up my room which wasn’t great! The towels by the pool were damp and had an awful damp / fusty smell, the staff had to run across the road to get clean towels as they didn’t have any.. Breakfast is really limited for vegetarians with very very limited options. The lift gets a little frustrating as it stops on any floor it feels like, not the one you want! When you are checking out it’s not as quick as it should be, you are made to sit and wait in the lobby (like check in) while they search your room incase you broke anything, feels a little nauseating. When the staff aren’t trying to force excursions / trips onto you they are all lovely and friendly though. My favourite was definitely the maintenance man on the 4th floor who was lovely! For any trips / excursions it’s much better to go find Sara the Tuk Tuk driver from around the corner with a golden temple t-shirt on! He’s much better for value and a lovely lovely man.. in-fact he was the one who helped me with my luggage, not the hotel staff.. All in all I think there’s a lot to improve for a hotel with a 5 star rating. Especially with the competition in the area.

The staff was excellent!! Probably one of the best services for a hotel establishment. Once entered their building, they greeted and pretty much gave me the red carpet treatment. Anything I needed, they were able to either comply or give me suggestions on where and how. I totally recommend this place for your stay in Cambodia. I got the suite room, and it was perfect!

The staff are very friendly and go beyond expectations. They are able to provide pick up from airport, drop off, tour package with English speaking guides. Mr. Chai and Mr. Kim provided excellent service for travel and guided tour. The kitchen staff provided alternate choices for vegetarian food. The spa service team was top notch.
