I loved everything about this hotel, it was an amazing stay for my trip. The location is very convenient for walking or taking a tuk tuk into town. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to wake up before the morning tours I had taken and not only were the staff extremely friendly to talk to, but the entire hotel had such a gorgeous atmosphere about it. Really glad I chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here again

Hotel was very nice. Room was large and spacious, very clean and good air-conditioning. Breakfast options were very good, wide variety to choose from! Location was ok, quite close to Angkor Wat. We enjoy walking around and walked back to the hotel a few times, otherwise short TukTuk drive to where you need to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great to be back
Good to see some travellers back in Siem Reap. Was happy to stay at Lotus Blanc again. Only part of the hotel reopened, but they've done a great job of maintaining the beautiful outdoor and open air areas. Rooms were comfy. Mattress and pillows and shower pressure 10/10! 👍 Breakfast options limited but makes sense with low numbers. Quality of food was good and service was good.

Great friendly hotel in Siem Reap
This hotel is on one of the main streets in Siem Reap so it made it easy to get around. Wifi was great, hot water for showers, quiet location, hotel staff spoke English and I ate at the hotel restaurant and food was delicious. I stayed for 3 nights and would stay at this hotel again. Also the hotel has 2 dedicated Tuk Tuk machines owned by the hotel outside waiting for you anytime you want to go somewhere. So this was very convenient!

The pool area is perfect. The staff are genuinely nice people. The rooms are spacious. The internet speed is very good. The breakfast was a bit limited and the hotel bars were closed. This was due to the hotel cutting back because of Covid. I have no complaints about this as the price was very good for such a lovely hotel.

The property itself was beautiful- especially the pool. The staff were extremely accommodating- always asking us if we needed anything. This was he perfect place to come back to after a long day of seeing temples!

Worn out and needs rehab
There are some good things going for it but it has unacceptably bad wifi and weak air conditioning that is very old and worn out. Look at the controls. The buttons are all gone and even though Inset it at high the temperature will not get cool even after a few hours. I will never stay here again thus the one star review. Also at night the attendant speaks very limited english and appears to have limited training. This hotel should not be ranked this high.

Oasis in Cambodia
The level of customer service at Lotus Blanc was phenomenal. From check in to amazing breakfasts with french-inspired crepes and a magnificent pool, we loved our stay. The gardens are beautiful, we greatly enjoyed lunch in the restaurant and the koi ponds we fun to navigate!

My stay at Lotus Blanc was middle of the road overall, but mildly diaappointing for a 5 star hotel. The food was lackluster and completely overpriced, the staff ranged from friendly to totally ambivalent (mostly the managers in suits), and I was overcharged for a few things without any resolution. I’ve had much better experiences at lower-rated hotels in Cambodia.

We actually arrived to the Lotus Blanc Hotel and learned that a water pipe has burst. They transferred us to the Borei Ankor Hotel, which is in the same family of hotels. We were placed on the privilege floor.

An enjoyable stay
We had a 11 night stay in in this hotel at Siem Reap whereas most tourist stays are 3 nights. The hotel and facilities were as expected and the biggest disappointment was that it was not possible to walk any where outside the hotel ( or any other in Siem Reap ) as the footpaths were non existent or in desperate need of repair and often forced to walk on the road where traffic was suicidal. This required the use of tuk tuks or taxis to get anywhere. We came for the temples and were not disappointed. Overall, our stay at the Lotus Blanc was excellent and the breakfast and restaurants were first class

Nice hotel. My husband I stayed there for 2 days. We used the hotel-airport transfer and it wasn't so good. No one was there to pick us up and had to take a cab to our hotel. When the manager found out, he was very apologetic and offered us a free ride back to the airport. Later, I found out that several other guests had the same experience. Something that they need to work on. The actual facility was gorgeous, French inspired Very thing was well kept. The room itself was clean, but the ac took forever to cool down. Don't turn it off...it will take forever to cool. Keep it running. The customer service was very excellent. They did continue to push for us to try their onsite restaurants, but when my husband and I checked out the prices, it honestly was extremely overpriced so we opted to eat other places. The pool was divine! Breakfast was included and was yummy.. Overall good experience.

Really nice stay at the Lotus Blanc. Not much to do around the hotel but easy enough to get a Tuk Tuk to anywhere in SR. Great service.

This hotel offers a 5 star experience. The staff are attentive and efficient and happy to help in any way they can. The hotel facilities are extremely clean and well-maintained also. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Siem Reap.

Very comfortable, clean and excellent value
Great rooms, terrific bed, good breakfasts, ‘friendly” staff. Location is a 2$ tuk tuk ride into the city that takes a few minutes but if you want to be in town this is not the place for you. Great for families. They can organise all the tours and transport you need. For a single traveller maybe a smaller hotel in town would be better. The staff were very keen for you to review the hotel on social media before you left which was a bit strange and unnecessary. Overall I would recommend lotus Blanc as great value in the off season.

The Lotus Blanc Hotel is an amazing place to stay while in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It’s beautifully scenic and relaxing environment. The first day we arrived, the hotel ambassadors were all very welcoming as we were greeted by with a cold hand towel and refreshing beverage. We were escorted by Adam who gave us a tour of the property and then to our room. The second night we had dinner at the Damnak Lounge. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Can’t believe how reasonably priced the menu was! After a long day visiting the temples, we came back to book a reservation for a 90 minute massage at the Spa located in the Resort. It was so great that we booked another one for the next day. Since there were two of us, they were nice enough to put us together in one room. One day I wasn’t feeling well (like a head cold) and Adam nicely brought ginger lemon tea to my room to help me get well. The level of service at this property is definitely a 10 star property! I highly recommend this sanctuary and would love to be back when I return to Siem Reap. Thank you Adam and Yim Sor!

Great Hotel with Excellent Customer Service
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The services is stellar in that they go over and above to make sure that your every need is cared for. You can't take ten steps without a staff member saying hello and making sure you are doing okay.
