The property was good. The room was fairly comfortable and clean. It was a bit difficult to regulate the cooling in the room. The area around the hotel was very loud at night with the market and party places nearby. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the loud music and traffic. It would eventually get a little quieter around 5 am. I would not stay there again

Beautiful old hotel on the river.
The hotel is beautiful, full of wood and old-style decor. I liked it. The location was great, right at the night market by the river. It was quite noisy at night as we heard loud music from the local bars until 6am, which made sleeping difficult. The staff always greeted us with courtesy every time we entered and departed the hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing spectacular bur still ok. There was a variety of foods, but they could have been served a bit warmer.

Ta Phrom , worries gone.
Initial twin room was in need of a total refurb, should never have put us in there. Management quickly moved us to a suite which was tastefully refurbed with rain shower and large bed, spare bed also arranged. Breakfast was lovely in a massive dining hall. All staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful. Made our initial worries dissipate immediately.

Great hotel in a great town
The hotel is very nice. The staff are excellent and very friendly. I had no problem, but I did notice that the noise from Pub street is rather loud at night, so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

This is a beautiful hotel that exemplifies “old world charm.” Beautiful woodwork, carving, and statues throughout the hotel and in the room. Thank you Expedia for the VIP upgrade! The best part is the great, attentive staff. Hotel arranged tuk-tuk driver Narith to take us to Angkor, who was very friendly and solicitous to our needs. Location is great! Close to everything. Free airport pick-up. At first, the hotel may seem dark and the pool too cool for Western tastes, but it works well as a refreshing retreat from the sun and heat outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Classic hotel with beautiful woodwork throughout. Suberb staff. Rooms are very clean but dated, no windows and minimal low watttage lighting. Breakfast could use a 2nd omlet cook.

Beautiful woodwork thru out the hotel, that was may favorite thing besides the great location on the river near shops markets and food. It’s a bit old, not fancy bathrooms, but kept up well and a great Cambodian charm, next time I come to Cambodia I plan on staying here again, very affordable.

Lovely Hotel, Poor Accessibility
Ta Prohm Hotel is perfectly located by the Old Market in Siem Riep, facing the river. The lobby is elegant and the staff very nice. As a wheelchair user, accessibility was a problem. There was a curb between the sleeping room and the bathroom. There was an in-tub shower that I could not access. The staff told us that there was an accessible shower in the pool area. However, the pool area was inaccessible due to a large entry step. Water temperature and especially pressure were complained about by others.

Very nice hotel Some problems of accessibility
I use a wheelchair. Bathrooms are inaccessible as are the pool area and the dining room. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel Great location, big rooms, air conditioning, good breakfast.

The property is located near to night market and pub street. So the location is perfect for tourists. The interior of this property has a lot of wooden work which makes it really attractive. Buffet is decent. Overall a good place to stay.

This property is central for Siem Reap, at the top end of pub street and the markets and yet removed enough to be quiet and nearer the more cafe and upmarket area. The staff are great and help organise the tuk Tuks for travel to Angkor Wat. Breakfast is great, the gym good and the indoor pool a nice respite from the heat outside!

The property has a superb location. Downtown directly across from the night market two blocks away from pub street so plenty of access to local markets for food gifts clothing restaurants. The interior was excellent. Adorned with numerous sculptures in wood and Stone from local artists.

Great Hotel. Good price in the centre of everythin
Great Hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I had a chance to talk with the General Manager, and it is pleasing that he holds the hotel to such a high standard. The hotel is made of wood. Looks very traditional. The area is perfect for Siem Reap as it is walking distance to almost everything in the town. The best part for me was that it was a few blocks from the bus station. The room was comfortable.

Pretty hotel in good location
This hotel is located walking distance from pub st and the night markets. It does not have a pool, but the friendly staff were able to direct us to another hotel to swim in their pool in exchange for buying some drinks and lunch. It was really nice to have a swim due to the humidity. There was construction occurring during our stay, we were able to be relocated to another room to get away from the banging. The western breakfast was very basic - eggs, toast, fruit and cornflakes. Free airport pick up. USD15 to the airport or USD5 via a tuk tuk

Fantastic value at $40. Right in the middle of the action. I have never seen so much wood in the hotel which gives it a unique feel. $10 in a cab to all the temples and walking distance to markets and food.

Beautiful hotel with great location!
What a great place to stay. The dark wood walls and hardwood floors are magnificent. The artwork and statues are amazing. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of hot water for a long relaxing shower. Enjoyed our breakfasts with Western and Asian cuisine. The location is amazing for visiting theNight Market right across the street. There is an amazing choice of restaurants within easy walking distance and if you are looking for nightlife Pub Street is also within easy walking distance. This is a great place to stay when you visit Siem Reap!

BEAUTIFUL LUXURY HOTEL I WAS IMPRESSED
One of my happiest hotel stays in Asia.Beautiful and present stay at this hotel. Felt like a resort. You can have massages ordered to your room for less then $10-7 USD. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me put together my angkor watt tour. They didn't hike up the price for anything just gave me the standard price for everything.Also to the airport their was the option of Taxi or Tuk TUk (cheaper and funner way to the airport) and I ordered the latter. I trusted the staff completely and the room was gorgeous! Prime location, its next to the market, pub street, everything.

Bargain Price at a Great Location for a Good Room
We began staying at Ta Prohm five years ago, and it has just become even better over the years with upgraded facilities and amenities (bathrobes, slippers, toiletries). Although not a luxury option, it is perfectly adequate for long-term stay or an overnight before or after airport arrival, easy to find with the airport less than 30 minutes away, Angor Wat even closer. As always the staff is attentive, helpful and English-speaking. The breakfast is abundant with western and Cambodian choices, now served in a gorgeous ballroom with extensive renovated ceiling murals. Its location gives easy walking access to restaurants, the Night Market and the central river park (but also the bustling noise outside of a busy downtown for rooms on the street side). Wi-fi took a couple of tries and help from the front desk to connect but otherwise worked well. Extensive TV channels include several English, Australian, French, Russian and Thai options, including major international news options. Overall, an amazing option for the price.

Pros: - Great location - Wonderful friendly staff - Great room rate - Spacious room - Fridge in the room Cons: - Very loud music from local bars/clubs around 8 pm - 2 am every night - No hair conditioner (not that important if you have healthy hair which I don't) I would tell my friends about this hotel but won't fail to mention the noise problem. That was the only thing that really bothered me. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely room, great staff.
Beautiful large room, canopy King bed, hardwood floors and paneled ceiling, bathtub. Air conditioning was awkward, either too cold or too hot - no middle ground. Balcony overlooking street, unfortunately the view was of a construction project across the street. If you get a balcony room Recommend you ask for a room facing south towards the river, at least until the construction Is finished. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful, they rate 5.

パブストリート、オールドマーケットなどが直ぐ横なので観光には最高です。繁華街が近いので部屋によってはうるさい部屋もあると思います。設備は少し古く感じますが、スタッフの対応など素晴らしかったです。新空港は綺麗なホテルの新車のバンで30ドルで迎えに来てくれました。

A part le fait qu’il est bien situé dans la ville (mais environnement très bruyant et tard le soir), tout le reste est très très très décevant. Les photos sur le site sont trompeuses. Cet hôtel a certainement été de bonne prestation à son inauguration mais n’a pas été entretenu, il est maintenant vétuste et infesté de cafards. Le personnel est sympa, mais c’est le seul point positif. Sympa mais pas efficace. Même les pantoufles ne sont pas à usage unique, elles sont réutilisées par les nouveaux occupants, c’est insupportable. Le ménage est médiocrement fait. Il y a des odeurs de remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bains. La cuvette des WC est dégoûtante. Le rideaux de douche est degeulasse. Vraiment en cherchant bien, il n’y a rien de bien dans cet hôtel, c’est tout le contraire, il est vétuste, dégoûtant, bruyant car pas insonorisé, infesté de cafards, avec des odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain, pas entretenu, le ménage consiste juste à changer les serviettes. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, qui d’ailleurs n’est que peux fréquenté, très peu de clients, je me suis fait avoir. Surtout et sincèrement, hôtel à fuir. Cordialement.

テレビの映りが悪かったです。気分が悪くなる程です。金庫の番号の設定方法の説明がわかりにくく、結局使えませんでした。誰でもわかるように訂正すべきです。

パブストリートも近く、とても便利です！天井も高く、朝ごはんのフルーツも美味しかったです。フルーツしか食べてないので他のたくさんあったフードの味はわかりませんが美味しそうでした。またここを利用すると思います。 パブストリートが近いので、カウントダウンイベントの音やクラクションなどの音は窓をしめていても聞こえるので敏感な人は気になるかもしれません。わたしは問題なく寝ました。 水圧は少し弱いかもしれないですが、そんなものなのかもしれません。
