"Beautiful spacious villa. Natural air flow. Stunning ocean view."

"A little piece of heaven. Very close to the Corcovado National Park, you can walk there. Everyday we would go on a hike, as soon as you walk out of the hotel you start seeing monkeys and all sorts of wildlife. Heck, you don't even need to leave the hotel. We had a group of scarlet macaws constantly hanging out in a tree right outside our room. And a brave little monkey paid a visit one day as well. The food prepared by Chef Coco was amazing! Everything was sourced locally and made from scratch....

"Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Extremely attentive and friendly. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and they sent a nice chachuterie board to our room. Every evening the maid came by with a sweet treat for each room. The property is very nice and right on the bay. Very relaxing atmosphere . I would definitely consider returning to the Amaka Lodge "

"The location was tranquil, the room was fantastic and Danny, the owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, and in the morning I received a gorgeous breakfast basket which included local fruits, a bagel and freshly squeezed juice. "What a fabulous location. An immersive rainforest experience, with a beautiful view from our balcony. You could hear a variety of birds singing. It was music to the ears and you really felt connected with nature. If you ever decide to come to Uvita, this is the place to stay. The natural materials used in the accommodation complemented the surroundings. Very pleasing to the eye all around."
