"This hotel had everything you could ask for. Exceptionally clean and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The restaurant serves high quality food and the restaurant next door is a more relaxed atmosphere offering pizzas and burgers if you prefer something more casual. The location is very quiet and amazing views as we enjoyed the Nordic baths and relaxing in the loungers or on our own balcony. Our room was compact, but had loads of storage space. Would highly recommend to stay here."

"Beautifully renovated small hotel originally built in the 60s. Beds we're comfortable, breakfast was delicious and views out the balcony were magnificent! We stayed two nights. It was a great place to stay for our day trip to Zermatt."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality options that should satisfy almost every guest. My only comments concern the room. The view from the premium lake-view room felt more limited than I expected, especially considering the significant price difference. In addition, the air conditioning was not operating during my stay. I understand that the local climate is generally cool, but I still found the room uncomfortably warm until around midnight, and unfortunately the air conditioning did not help at all. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with remarkable service, and I would gladly return. With improvements to the room climate control and clearer expectations regarding the views, the experience would be close to perfect."

"The apartment was really well appointed, pots, pans, knives fridge, oven and stove all included. We stayed in a 2-bed apartment and it was really comfortable. The only friction points after a long drive were the need to compare the manifest of equipment to what was physically available upon arrival as well as an inspection upon leaving. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the pool and spa areas as a family. It was relatively quiet and we loved it. The small town a short drive away has a Coop and a couple of Cafes and restaurants. We were able to prepare food in the apartment as we needed but were mostly focused on splashing around. The staff were helpful, but the resort is a little new, so it didnt seem 100% organised. The signage to get around the resort is a little lacking, parts of the resort are a little rough around the edges since it is new and some of the helpful staff had to point us in the right direction at first. There was some confusion about my payment at the end of the stay, but it was alll resolved quickly and professionally. I would definitely stay again."
