「In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Unterkunft war für 2 Nächte ok. Zentral gelegen, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die sanitäre Anlage sehr renovationsbedürftig!! Duschen in der Badewanne, war soweit ok, jedoch lief das Wasser nicht ab. Ebenso beim Lavabo nicht. Toilette starke braune Kalkablagerungen. 」

「L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Super bien placé également proche du centre et des télécabines, parfait pour nos randonnées. Le seul point négatif serait que le personnel des restaurants en dessous de l’hôtel jette les déchets (bouteilles) dans les conteneurs entre 22h et minuit…pas très agréable.」

「Bon rapport qualité-prix à Crans Montana. L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans le centre proche des remontées mécaniques. Les chambres ont des tres belles vues. 」

「Great family run hotel with fabulous views from your bedroom balcony. One street back from the road, so its super quiet. Parking directly in front of hotel, which is a huge bonus in Crans. 「Séjour de 2 nuits avec nos 2 ados. Accueil parfait, nous avons même été surclassés avec des chambres plus spacieuses. Le staff est charmant, toujours prêt à conseiller (activités, randos, etc) Accès au spa très apprécié, amplitude horaire intéressante. 」

「Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.」
