This great room is also furnished with a queen-size Murphy Bed for extra sleeping arrangements in comfort for a maximum of 8 guests. Just around the corner is a full kitchen equipped with 4-piece appliance package among other small appliance and features an ample sized island/breakfast bar. Open and adjacent to the kitchen you will find a large dining table creating an eat-in kitchen atmosphere. Coupled with ability for the main living area and kitchen to open out to a large screened deck overlooking the pool creates a great indoor/outdoor living environment perfect for enjoying the cooler evenings or entertaining with family and friends. Moving back inside the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set and 55" flatscreen smart TV. Large sliding glass doors allows instant access to the screened deck and pool below. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful glass enclosure shower, large jetted whirlpool tub, and his/her sinks. On the opposing side of the home you will find the two additional guest bedrooms, both furnished with queen-size beds and 55" flatscreen smart TV's. The two guest bedrooms share a full size bath with tub/shower combo.

The house is located on the north end of Siesta Key, so there is easy access getting on and off the key as well as to grocery stores, Southside Village, Downtown and the new CineBistro movie theatre within the newly redeveloped SouthGate Mall with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. The home is located just a 5 minute walk to shell beach, approx. 1.5 miles to Siesta Key village, and 2 miles from the main Siesta Key public beach. Utilize any of the many free ride (tips only) services available on the island.
