We had five families on spring break and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living room, outdoor pool area, and club room provide lots of different places for groups to gather.

We had an excellent time at this propery last week. Had a group of 15 people and everyone loved the home and location. The house is larger than pictures let on. Pool was heated and kids had an incredible time swimming every day.

We loved the property - it was big enough to fit a big group of my friends and their spouses, we could easily walk to the beach, walk into town, etc. I dont think we needed a car or uber the whole weekend. We would def stay again - 10/10

The home was just as described. It was perfect for our group of 10- plenty of space. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools and we loved having the grill. The outdoor area was beautiful and the beach is just across the street. Beautiful home and really perfect for a large group!

We were a party of 20 and the house accommodated us perfectly. Everything was clean and enjoyable to all ages. The beach chairs and wagons were a plus. The beach absolutely beautiful. We definitely will be back.

This property is everything! Close to the beach, huge backyard space, lovely pool and spa, and bedrooms galore! It was the perfect place for our group of girls and the beds were plentiful and comfortable. Kitchen was so great to cook in for a large group and there was always enough space for everyone. Beach entrance was a few mins away by foot and the house was very clean! Loved our stay and you will too.

This house was perfect for my large family. All families had their own space as well as a gathering place inside on the main floor, for meals and games, but a great outside area for lunches and pool. Great walk to Beach access 10. A little longer walk to the village but the Frog Hopper vans were easily accessed. Loved the house and the location. The pictures on VRBO do not do the house justice. It was absolutely beautiful.

This is our 2nd time at this property the hot tub work this time which was our only complaint last time period The property could use a little moon maintenance don't door handle falling off stains in shower Wet marks on the ceiling and living Room needs paint

We lived the home it has everything... we had a small baby and it had several pack n plays . Pool floats ... beach chairs and umbrellas... the only thing is they have tvs in every bedroom but no stations. The cable package is poor we couldn't really watch tv but other than that we had a great time. The house it one block from beach access and right across the street and a few blocks from the village! If you don't feel like walking there is the tip taxi or free trolley my kids did take advantage of this! The house has everything you need for the beach and more. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the bedrooms tons of pillows and extra blankets. I don't think the website listed all the bedrooms and beds in them that is important to see what families get what room but it was great and we had a blast will def be back!

Our extended family recently spent a week around Thanksgiving at this house in a prime spot in Siesta Key. I am taking the time to write a review because of the decidedly mixed nature of our experience. We were greeted almost immediately by the horrible, disturbing sound of running our disposal. After screaming and turning it off, our uncle reached in, over and over, and withdrew 16 (sixteen!) plastic bead-type objects. As a landlord, I would never allow a new tenant to move in without emptying the disposer. There is always stuff like bottle tops, twist-ties, or whatever, in there. To me, it’s called pride of ownership. You make sure that it’s just like you’d want it if you were moving in. So what else was wrong? •There was a Weber grill for our use. How nice. Only problem, the push-button ignitor did not work (appeared to have not worked for a while), so we had to light it with a match. Only got burned once. •There was a DVD player there. How nice. Only problem, no remote and no cable to even hook it to the TV •The child safety gates, which we had specifically asked for and been promised, were broken •There were three bikes in the garage for our use. One had a flat tire, one had no chain, and the third barely worked. When we mentioned this, SKLRP said bikes weren’t included, so too bad. But bikes ARE listed in the checklist, just not the verbiage. And there they were. •Ice maker in the bar upstairs from the kitchen had disgusting black mold growing inside. Seriously. •The pool/spa heater was a constant source of painful frustration. We only succeeded in getting the spa up to temperature when we could use it, once the entire week. It took hours and hours (not the 30 minutes their instructions said) to get it up to 103 from the 80-something it was typically at. But, it would only run for 1.5 hours before shutting off and requiring someone to push a button. No button, no heat. •Water pressure in some bathrooms was barely enough for a trickle shower •The washing machine had such a loud spin cycle that people thought it was going to blow. •The kitchen, as promised, was missing any type of staple, like oil or spices or bags or napkins or dishwasher soap or sponges or any of the million things you now need to go buy. Toilet paper too. •The soaps provided were a joke. So, like I said, great beach location and nice sunset views. Maybe they'll change management companies. But it gets back to pride of ownership. It's missing here.

The property was beautiful and very well-equipped with a wide variety of things for your vacation pleasure. For families with small children there are pack ‘n plays, high chairs, baby gate and games for all ages. The pool was lovely and so warm! Everything was clean and inviting The office responded immediately to our questions or concerns. It is close to the BBC each and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Nicely arranged for space to spread out or join together. I highly recommend it to families.
