Nice house as is renovated to January-2025 and there is new kitchen , bathroom, furniture and beds and private pool with tree bedrooms and tree bath close to Siesta Key Village resturants and Beach.
Canal on the backyard there you can relax and fishing or have your barbecue.
Perfekt place for you and your family.

Great location, home needs professional updating

Terrazzo floors seemed as though they had not been cleaned. Front entrance door and walls should be cleaned before guests arrive and have outdoor front porch lights working. It was nice to have a pool and BBQ, hopefully they hire professionals to update this home and make it competitive in the rental market. I felt we overpaid for what was provided, but I still enjoyed my time with my family. Also, if you would please provide adequate garbage bags, dishwasher pods and cleaning supplies for guests. 2 garbage bags and 3 dishwasher pods for 4 days wasn’t quite enough.

GREAT LOCATION

The house is in a perfect spot. You can walk into the village and to the beach. The house offers a great pool and has bikes. We bought a few pool floats and toys, I hope they can stay to be played with for a while. With that being said, the house can really use some updates and fixing of small things.

Quiet Gem in Siesta Key

This place was an absolute gem. Will be booking next year soon! We’ve rented a lot of houses in this area for years and fell in love with this place and all it had to offer!

Renters Beware!

This property is not at all as described or even pictured. My kids and I wouldn't even stay one night. Holes in the furniture, tiles in the floor cracked, duct tape on the floors in all the doorways, mold in the casings in the sliding glass doors. Two spoons and 1 plastic fork in the entire kitchen. Mattresses appeared to be extremely old. Paint coming off in the bathtub, shower has rust all down the wall. Floors were dirty. Just an all around terrible rental. Emailed the owner multiple times to get a refund and has never responded. Contacted VRBO and he has never contacted them either

RENTERS BEWARE Old Rundown Home Old Furniture NOCABLE TV

As a long time VRBO user this was the WORST experience I have ever had renting a property. The house was old, rundown, dirty and had furniture that had severe wear and tear and rips. *****THERE is NO CABLE TV. The owner has an antenna hook up for you to watch TV -The floors were uneven and had multiple scratches on them. -The bathroom had not been updated and the tubs were disgusting and old and had been used so much over the years that the paint had worn off the whole base of the tub. The tubs also filled up with water to your ankles while taking a shower due to poor drainage. -The box springs on the beds were old and the fabric on them has been torn. -The owner provided minimal towels that were mismatches and were old -Hand Soap was not provided in the house anywhere nor paper towels. ***The final straw was the Internet/WiFi going out after 2 days of my rental and the cable provider informing me and the handyman who was the owner representative by phone that it would be until a day after we left to get new equipment I informed the owner by email and requested a refund of two days due to the inability of my family to work remote while on vacation. I left the property with my family after two nights and stayed somewhere else. He has not responded back to me on my refund request after two different emails. He seems to have vanished. The owner supposedly lives outside of the United States in another country. This rental is a disaster and one to stay away from unless you feel comfortable with an old dirty run down home with old furniture and lack of cable service for your stay in Siesta Key Florida.
