Located in Sigmaringen, the holiday apartment Refugium Nest with step-free interior has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, as well as a TV. A washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

This apartment features a cozy shared open terrace and a garden that is secluded from the street view. Additionally, there is a balcony with a splendid view of the castle.

The property boasts a quiet location, with a bus stop just 5 minutes away, two restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and a castle reachable in 20 minutes. A public outdoor pool is located 15 minutes away, and bike and hiking trails are right outside the door. Shopping can be accessed by car in 5 minutes, the city center is 10 minutes away, Lake Constance is a 30-minute drive, and the hospital is just 10 minutes by car. Moreover, the Hohenzollern Castle can be reached in 10 minutes.

A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
