The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also really enjoyed the live music in the lounge, which created such a fun and inviting atmosphere in the evenings. My only suggestion...

「Asked for daily cleaning, late evening returned to the room. When checking the bedsheets there were blood stains. Called the front desk three times no answer. Next day went down to the front desk I was told the phone ringer was set on low. Due to this could not hear the phone ringing. When I mentioned about dirty bedsheets was told "sorry to hear that". And I should not called the front desk but located a staff member .」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」
