“The first time we went , we were on the 4th floor. The elevator only went to the 3rd floor! It was a weirdly laid out room. Not very efficient. The second time we went, we were on the first floor, but the shower was visible to guests and vice versa. Odd. The breakfast was ho hum. Cleaning Staff was unfriendly and parking left much to be desired. Would not recommend this place.”

“No reservation upon check in. Couldn’t find my Expedia reservation. I chose pay at property.”

“Stayed for a week. Room was spacious and hotel with close to main roads and St.John. If you get the free breakfast know that there are only three options; full breakfast, breakfast sandwich and fruit bowl (fruit, yoghurt, granola) but every time we asked for the fruit bowl they said they had no fruit. We complained to the front desk and they said they should have fruit. We then asked the next day and they were out of yoghurt. It was always something and we were there right when they opened.……

“We only stayed one night in the Trinity suite. It was accessible from the outside also as well as the inside. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. It has kind of an odd layout, but doable for one night but not for longer I feel. The breakfast at a communal table. The next morning was very nice, meeting like-minded travelers. I would recommend the Trinity suite for one night maybe two at most. However, everything was wonderful, just not a long-term lodging.”

“This is a well kept property with nice sized rooms, and an excellent restaurant and bar with awesome staff. Only negative is that, with the pool and slides etc. the locals come and hold birthday parties for their kids, who run wild up and won the halls. A quick word to the front desk and it went quiet! I think it is a great amenity for the locals folks as long as they keep their children in line. All in all though, excellent property.”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“I loved the toutons on the menu. My server on Friday and Saturday breakfasts was excellent and so upbeat. The long wait at the bar - perhaps hire more staff. Sunday breakfast - I called the Inn to open the doors. Server had difficulty with the coffee machine and was rattled by all the guests coming for breakfast. Definitely required more staff. I waited 23 minutes and she had only served one table - so I had to leave because I could not wait any longer as I still had to pack my suitcase……
