Tolles Haus für Reisegruppe

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt in Villa Signo verbracht. Als größere Reisegruppe hat man ausreichend Platz im und ums Haus herum. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Rennstrecke Circuit Paul Ricard ist direkt nebenan und es kann dementsprechend etwas lauter werden.

Appréciation globale

Très bon séjour mais : Surpris à l'arrivée en découvrant le lieu, il y a 2 maisons a proximité ++, vis a vis ++, un chien qui vient gentiment et régulièrement faire ses besoins sur notre terrain (pas agréable du tout) La maison en elle même est très propre, conforme aux photos, cuisine ++ très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est venu a plusieurs reprises pour l'entretien de la piscine, savoir si tout allait bien, il y a un bon suivi sur ça. Le plus de la piscine : elle est sécurisée et c'est impeccable avec des enfants.

Villa Signo "grande maison bien équipée qui a permis à chacun de nous de faire ce dont il avait envie 🙂 L'espace disponible ds la maison et au niveau des terrasses, les grandes chambres, la piscine et le terrain de boules L'endroit est venté ce qui nous a permis même fin juin de faire du vélo et de la rando 🙁 Le bruit du circuit du Castellet essentiellement le samedi après-midi Le fait que le jardin ne soit pas clôturé et que les chiens du voisin( près de la piscine) viennent faire leurs besoins à côté de ""notre"" table à l'extérieur, le voisin n'a d'ailleurs pas apprécié notre remarque à ce sujet"

Villa Signo "Logement très pratique et fonctionnel! L’accueil était parfait. L’annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité ! Les lieux étaient propres et entretenus ! Le seul bémol que mes amis et moi souhaitions faire remonter est : la proximité avec le circuit et les nuisances sonores que cela entraîne de 9h a 17h. Pour le reste c’est vraiment génial, la piscine est top, la literie ainsi que les douches sont de d’excellente qualité. La cuisine est hyper fonctionnelle, les grandes tables a l’intérieur et a l’extérieur sont vraiment bien, et permettent de se faire des grands repas tous ensemble ! Merci pour l’accueil !"

Villa Signo "Bonjour. Maison grande et spacieuse cest le top. 3 salles de bains et 3 toilettes La maison est très propre. La literie est parfaite. Les canapés sont grands et confortables. Les gros bemols : il y a énormément de vis a vis ce n'est pas noté dans l'annonce. Nous avons l'impression que le jardin appartient aussi aux voisins. Le cumulus du chauffe eau est adapté pour seulement 6 personnes (300litres) alors que c'est une maison 12 personnes. Le 2eme jours on n avait pas d'eau chaud a partir de 15h... Le 3eme jours nous avons fait un redémarrage forcé super Et le jour du depart pas d'eau chaude donc pas de douche. Ensuite notre interlocutrice nous impose le départ a 9h30 alors qu'il y a bien noté depart avant 10h00 car l'équipe de nettoyage interviendra a ce moment la"
