"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient for us because we used a luggage storage service in the building right next door. We didn’t realize how close it was until we arrived, and it made our trip so much easier. Another big advantage was the complimentary airport shuttle. It picks you up from Terminal 1 and takes you directly to the hotel, and it also provides transportation back to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and everything worked well for our short stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Robo self service check in 24 hours. I booked one more day prior to arrival so I was able to check in 7am arrival into my room. I had family suite. Which includes 2 bed rooms with queen size bed. A laundry machine and a kitchen with full size fridge. Everything was great include view near bus and subway. The only issue is old furnitures that broke and the staff did come and fix/replaced promptly. The included towels are tiny. And very few utensils in the kitchen. You would need to ask for fresh towels, soap bar and water daily at the 3rd floor lobby. The 1st floor has shops, convenient stores, small market, self serve coffee and noodle shops. Breakfast shops don’t typically open till 10 am. There are some restaurant also on 1st floor. There is under ground parking onsite. I would recommend this place for its room and location."

Incheon Airport Transit Hotel - Terminal 1

"This transit hotel is in departures and if you do NOT have a thru checkin then you will be in soup. I ended up at the airport midnight and at 1am got the boarding pass from a kiosk for a 4:50pm flight but couldn’t drop my checkin bag as the counters were closed. So it was a hassle to go thru security and throw away some stuff and finally made it. But once you are there you will enjoy. You can’t get out of course. But staff were amazing and flexible and give you 24 hrs checkout time. Clean place. Would definitely do it again if I have a thru checkin or if I don’t have checkin bags with me."
