There was no WiFi at all, and the host did not mention this until a few hours after I asked after check in, she just said “it’s broke”, so if someone was on a business trip or could only use their phone via WiFi, this should not be your place. "We were very pleased with our choice of hotel. The location is excellent and the town was a beautiful 10 minute stroll from the hotel along a promenade. The staff (all of them - reception, breakfast, bar and cleaning) were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a great view over the bay at sunset which also serves small plates of food. We had an amazing view from our room - the only slight negative was that the room was slightly small for all our stuff (a 10 day stay) - but the bed itself was large and comfortable. In Lerici itself there are a wide range of restaurants and bars, and ferries available to take you to the Cinque Terre. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and that takes you to La Spezia station if you want to get a train to other places (we went to Portofino). The hotel is situated right opposite a lovely sandy public beach. The water was beautifully clear and the beach was clean. You have several options if you want to pay for sun lounger - our preference were the ones which were to the left as you look out of the hotel. The staff there were friendly and you could get food and drinks from their bars. We had read very good reviews of the hotel, it's staff and location and I'm very pleased to say that it reflected those reviews. If you want to come to the area, we thoroughly recommend the hotel and it's team"

"Recently returned from a 5 night stay and had a wonderful experience, the entire setting is magical. The property is like a fairytale storybook with gardens of flowers, botanical beauty abounds with century old Cypress trees set back from the road. There are bikes available, a hotel shuttle, parking for hotel guests, EV charging which worked for us. Our room was great, it had a very large balcony! The Hotel breakfast was one of the best I have had in all of Italy ranks in the top 5. The only downside is the Beach experience, they treat it as a business for their guests rather than an amenity. It was disconcerting since we found it to be nearly 1/4 in use meaning practically empty. This is probably a result of their policy to not rent out chairs for a 1/2 day which does not make sense. We spent our mornings playing tennis nearby. They do not have a court on the hotel grounds. The location was extremly convenient and the shopping was terrific in the centro historico. Double check the concierge's recommended list of Osteria's since we found several not to be very special or good. I think that this Hotel is a place that I found to be very special with warm vibes and I will be returning. We loved it!"
