「La chambre était bien agencée, avec une belle salle de bains et une literie très confortable. Petit bémol du côté des WC (une petite fuite et la lunette mal fixée), mais cela reste un détail.
Le personnel a été très agréable et attentif, même sans parler français — leur disponibilité a été appréciable.
Le buffet était bon et varié, et l’équipe en cuisine comme en salle faisait très bien son travail.
Le spa est vraiment au top et permet de passer un moment de détente.

「Pros: The house is very spacious and really well set out for an enjoyable stay in Mallorca. Close the wonderful beaches of the South East of the Island and close to the lively and beautiful town of Santanyi.」

「I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ).
I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

「L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses.
Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5.」

「Die Ferienwohnung war schön, sauber und perfekt von der Größe für 2,5 Personen. Alles genau wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Meerblick und die Strandnähe sind ein großes Plus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter :-)」

「All communication with Tanja was great with speedy replies and helpful information.
The apartment is well looked after and has clean, fresh linens. Balcony is a good size and plenty of room for 4 of us!
The people watching opportunities from the balcony vantage point were great! There is noise of hustle and bustle from the beach but it's very quiet at night and we slept very well!
The location is fantastic, near to all the restaurants and shops.
The pool was beautiful and well kept. Maybe...
