「House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?」

「The room was clean and provided everything needed, yet there was no privacy. The "adjoining" room (not part of the stay) was so close with little to no noise division, we could here everything from the other room and vice versa (and I mean everything!). It was very uncomfortable knowing/having this and made it difficult to relax. Thank goodness we weren't in the room much, but when we were we felt like we had to whisper and heard everything they said of which I think they knew too and also were...

「Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO.」
