The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! “Very nice staff. Limited contact. Apts were too close for a peaceful night. Units are very outdated and basic. Air conditioning is excellent though. Best part was proximity to best beaches. Uber extremely reliable. I am a solo female senior traveler. Will go back to the island and choose a bigger property. "Pool" is really a hot tub. Just saying.”

“Rustic and perfect little house in the middle of a tropical garden. Gorgeous ocean views. I spent most of my time on the porch relaxing in the hammock and enjoying the tropical surroundings. This little house provided a peaceful end to our vacation. ”

“This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. “Large space, very clean and comfortable. A little off the beaten path but close to the airport. We were two couples and there was plenty of space and each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was nice. Nothing within walking distance, so recommend you have a car if you want to get anything or go anywhere.”

“Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. ”

“I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens……

“Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly”
