Comfortable for one to 4 guests - Price per night: One guest $64; Two guests $120; children under 5 years old $20; over 5 $35. No pets allowed. The private entrance door to the room is right from the concrete driveway, so there is no need to go thru other rooms in the house; park near the door and walk straight in.

Up to three visitors at time allowed until 10 PM. Only booked people are allowed to spend the night.
Laundry available: Washer, Dryer & Soap included at $19 per wash load.
Safe parking on large concrete driveway monitored with surveillance cameras 24/7: $10 per night paid at checking-in time. parking fee is not included in booking price because some guests need no parking.
