Beaches, restaurants, grocery, boutiques all just a few minutes' walk with a trolley stop nearby to take you all up and down the coast. The house is as promised in every way with everything you need for a SoCal getaway. The yard is worthy of arboretum status and provides wonderful birdwatching opportunities. "My wife and I spent a week relaxing at Gary & Nadia's South Laguna Beach cottage. This was our first getaway vacation since the pandemic, and we could not have been happier with our choice. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and has stunning ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you would need to prepare your own meals, although we limited our kitchen use to breakfasts and takeout lunches so that we could sample the local restaurants in the evenings. "Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

"Excellent location. Robert was great at handling the couple of requests we had. Walk to beaches, restaurants, free trolley to downtown Laguna Beach. Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend."

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...
