Mountain Getaway for the Whole Family or Two

This house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms where 8 guests can sleep comfortably. It is ideal for the whole family or two. It is located in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, CO, in a perfect spot with quick access to the state’s most popular ski resorts, Lake Dillon, and Green Mountain Reservoir. Winter or summer, there is plenty to do: skiing or snowboarding, hiking, biking, or snowshoeing straight from the front porch. The covered deck provides stunning views in both the summertime and winter months.

The townhouse has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds or regular size); there is a full bathroom near the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace, a 50” TV, a Fire Stick streaming device, and a queen-size sofa sleeper; a full kitchen with a stainless steel electric range and microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher; a dining area with a large 8-person table; a covered deck with a BBQ grill and a round metal table with four chairs; a washer and dryer; and an additional half bathroom on the first floor.

Boys Ski Trip

If looking for a centralized location in the Dillion/Silverthorne area, I highly recommend renting this very nice 3 BR townhome. The accommodations are great and just as pictured. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. I will always look to this property first for my future trips to that area. You won't be disappointed.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The owners has the place nicely stocked with essentials. Coffee, shampoo, and other condiments were also provided. The only thing we wo I lx have like a bit more was more comfortable sseatin in the living area.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

Andrey's place is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, and enough dishware and silverware to feed an army. The master bed was comfy and I was told all the other beds were good too. Each sink had hand soap and each shower had shampoo and conditioner. Loved that we could park in a garage, out of the weather. The location is great for skiing Breckenridge, Vail, Copper, A_Basin and Keystone. I will definitely book here again.

Beautiful location, comfortable condo

My family loved staying at this condo for our visit to Silverthorne. It is in a great location, with beautiful views, but also just minutes to Silverthorne, Dillon and Frisco. A short drive will also get you to Vail or Breckenridge. The condo was very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were an extended family, with 2 young children and 2 grandparents in the mix, and everyone was happy with the accommodations. We loved sitting outside on the patio, the kids were happy to find books and toys and explore the small garden out back. The kitchen was well stocked for meals at home. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location for skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge. House was clean and plenty of room for our family of 5. We cooked a lot due to food allergies so you if plan on cooking you may want to bring extra cooking utensils.

Beautiful property, exactly as advertised.

Great location in Wildernest with easy access to everything in the area. The property was exceptionally clean (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, everything!!!). Everything in the property was in working order. We had 2 families with 4 kids. We really liked the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths upstairs, away from the main living space. The Bunkbed room was perfect for the 4 kids to share. Plenty of storage throughout. Kitchen is small but functional and had the basics. The living area is exactly as pictured. It was a little tight for 8 people, but with the dining space right behind the living room it was easy to make work . The owner was very responsive prior to the trip, we had a trouble-free stay so we had no reason to contact them during our visit. We would definitely stay here again!
