The Lakehouse is open for guest access 7 days a week from 8am - 9pm.

🏡 Summit Sky Ranch is a residential neighborhood, and we must ask that all guests follow and respect the rules of the community closely.
🐶 Pets must be on a leash at all times
‼️ Absolutely no street parking, maximum 4 cars in the driveway
☺️ Please be kind, and keep all noise and music to a minimum.
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
🛑 Must be 28 years or older to book, and have a 5 Star reputation on VRBO
🍗 Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
✋🏽 No early check in/Late check out due to our teams busy schedule in between guests.
