Was pretty surprised at stains and chunks missing from rugs and mats, stains on couch, other couch literally coming apart at...

「This was a great location for our little family reunion. There were plenty of toys for our little ones to keep them entertained. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. There was plenty of outdoor activities for all of us to do: hike, bike, paddle board. We definitely would stay here again. 」

「Beautiful townhome with an amazing kitchen! It's nice to have two parking spots if you are bringing two cars. Communication with the management company was great and they allowed us to arrive 30 min early. The 4:30 pm check-in is a bit late, I think. The road noise can be loud at times and two rooms are towards the road. It was nice and cool, even though there was no a/c. The upstairs, however, lacked any decor. Not a single painting or decoration. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms.」

「Nice place」

「The location was convenient to everything that we had planned to do while in Colorado. The carpeting throughout the entire condo looked stained and we did't wear shoes inside during our stay. The directions to the clubhouse wasn't clear so we never able to use that area, a map would have beenvery helpful. 」

「Great location from Dillon Amphitheater! The condo was immaculate and felt very cozy. The communication and instructions were spot on. I will definitely be staying here again when I come for another show!」
