Welcome to our luxurious retreat nestled in Silverthorne, CO! Boasting 4-bed/3.5-baths, our thoughtfully designed townhome provides a haven for your mountain escape. Hit the slopes at Copper Mtn, Keystone, and Breckenridge or unwind in our 8-person private hot tub Whether you are seeking outdoor adventure or relaxation our townhome has something for all!
Our brand new 3 level townhome offers luxurious amenities, modern comforts and unobstructed views of the Gore Range from our living room and patio deck! With a spacious layout that allows for both privacy and gathering, you'll find the ideal balance for any occasion. Indulge in the luxury bedding of Nectar Premium Hybrid Mattresses or the stunning views from our guest rooms of Ptarmigan peak! Noise machines and black-out shades ensures a serene night of sleep after your mountain adventures. Conveniences like a washer & dryer, ski racks, a large coat rack, and even an EV charger, makes the practical side of your stay met with ease.
Outdoor activities are surrounding you everywhere here! Skiing & Snowboarding can be easily accessed at World Class Ski Resorts within 15 minutes. Hiking, Biking, Sledding, and many other outdoor activities are within walking distance or just a short drive away!
Whether you're hitting the slopes or simply unwinding in our inviting space, our home promises comfort, relaxation and easy access for outdoor enthusiasts!

- Maryland Creek Park offers 20 acres of open space to explore on snow shoes and a great sledding hill. 4 minute drive!
- Free cross country skiing at The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks - 3 minute drive. You must have your own equipment or can rent at Wild Ernest Sport
Many restaurants including, Bluebird Market food hall 3 minutes away for food and arcade games! Enjoy one of your mornings at Red buffalo coffee shop for a breakfast burrito and coffee.

Our community strictly prohibits street parking. We technically have room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. If traveling with larger vehicles, please inquire.
Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.
The hot tub is accessed through the downstairs Queen bedroom.
We do not allow pets.
Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.
Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
Please rinse off before getting in the hot tub. Oils and lotions from skin can cause a disruption in the PH levels.
