「Unfortunately, this hotel is far from my idea of a good hotel and does not really match its description. At first, we were offered a room of a lower category than the one we had booked and paid for. In the new room, the jacuzzi did not work properly — it only filled with water and nothing more. Breakfast was a disaster.
